In the event of proven damage to your home, contact us within 48 hours following the cleaning during which the damage occurred. Please send us pictures to kunde@batmaid.de so that we can review the situation with the cleaning agent. If the damage is proven, Batmaid Germany GmbH has civil liability insurance covering the damage up to €650. Please note that without any picture or communication within 48 hours, Batmaid Germany GmbH declines all responsibility for the damage that has occurred.
