Your account consists of three pages: “My cleanings“ “Profile“ and 'Options'. The "My cleanings" page is divided into two sections: "Previous" and "Upcoming". On the “Previous” page, you are able to rate previous cleanings, view details and download payment receipts. In the "Upcoming" cleaning section, you can see all future planned cleanings and modify them if necessary using the "More" drop-down menu. The "Profile" page allows you to change your personal information, select an existing address and update payment details. You can also find your personalised referral link, which allows you to encourage and sponsor friends interested in trying our services. Better, for each friend you sponsor, you get €20 credit on your account to be used on future cleanings. The "Options" section allows you to manage your notifications, the presence of pets in one of your homes, the automatic replacements of cleaning agents in case of absence and finally, to add your holiday period.
