For Batmaid to be well organised and manage the logistics of hundreds of cleanings per day, we apply the following cancellation policy: Up to two days before the cleaning: relax, you can always cancel your booking free of charge directly from your Batmaid account One day before the cleaning (until 6:00 pm): you will be charged for one hour of cleaning. After that, you will be charged for the entire cleaning Regarding your first Batmaid cleaning, you can cancel it free of charge up to 14 days after the day you booked your cleaning, and this, even if the cancellation is to take place on the day of the cleaning. After 14 days, the cancellation conditions described above apply.
