How do I reschedule a booking?

You can reschedule your cleaning by logging into your Batmaid account and accessing the "My Cleanings" tab in your personal space. In the "Upcoming Cleanings" section, click on "More", then in the dropdown list, choose "Edit booking". Then, you only need to follow the instructions to request your changes. Please note that you must do so at least 48 hours before the cleaning takes place to avoid cancellation fees if you wish to edit your booking. For more information, visit the 'Cancellation conditions' page.  Be aware that by changing the duration, the date or the time of your cleaning, the agent may not be able to respond positively to your modification request due to a lack of availability. If your usual agent is available, they will be selected automatically by the platform's algorithm.
