You can cancel a cleaning free of charge by clicking on the "My cleanings" tab in your Batmaid account. In the "Upcoming Cleanings" section, click on the "More" tab of the cleaning you wish to cancel, then click on "Cancel". The agent will be notified of your changes by email. If you wish to cancel your entire regular cleanings, please contact us by email at kunde@batmaid.de! Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the cleaning to avoid cancellation fees.
