You can cancel your end-of-tenancy cleaning free of charge directly on your Batmaid account up to 48 hours before the cleaning takes place. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before its completion, we will charge you one hour per employee booked (the number of employees depends on how many cleaning agents our system proposed to meet your request). If you decide to cancel the cleaning service less than 24 hours before its execution, we will charge you the cleaning total. For more information, visit the 'Cancellation conditions' page.
