Our conditions are as follows: You can cancel or modify your bookings at your convenience on your Batmaid account. To cancel without charge, you need to cancel the cleaning at least 48 hours before the cleaning takes place. After that, charges may apply. You will explain to the agent the specific tasks they need to carry out: changing sheets/linen, setting up detailed brochures, accessories, etc. If the usual agent is suddenly unavailable, make sure to communicate properly to us the tasks that need to be carried out or provide the replacement cleaning agent with an on-site specification guide. Our customer service department being closed on weekends, we would not be able to be as reactive as during the week in the event of a problem.
